Now,being a die hard Dodge fan I was more than a little skeptical but I can say this with the utmost honesty. The moment I walked in the door it was like I had been a customer for 20 years. The product knowledge of the sales staff and the willingness to work with you was nothing short of first rate. I wasn't pressured or brow beaten at any time and felt relaxed while there. All of my questions and phone calls were answered promptly and if they didn't have the answer, they found it instead of giving me a line of crap. Although they didn't have what I was looking for on their lot they sat down and custom built a truck and factory ordered one for me. They were forthcoming when it came to numbers and more than willing to be competitive in order to earn my business. Darren Lusty and Bob Wall made my experience at River City Ford fantastic. They were willing to stay late just to make sure I had everything I needed. My sales consultant Tom Iliopoulos did an excellent job ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He demonstrated a genuine interest in helping me find the right vehicle at the right price and was very professional. He greatly exceeded my expectations of what a sales consultant should be. I have been back to the dealership a few times to buy accessories and grab the contents of my old truck. Once again my expectations were blown away by Martin Keleman and Dale Seeman in the Parts department. After many buying experiences in the past, I can honestly say the team work and dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding across all the areas I dealt with. It is impressive to see such a high level of collaboration and I have certainly not seen a team work so well together at any other dealership in the past. When my wife is ready to find a new vehicle, this is definitely where I will go and Tom will be the first person I call. More
