By far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle After spending a few weeks visiting several dealerships looking for a new truck I found myself at River City Ford on the Friday evening of the August After spending a few weeks visiting several dealerships looking for a new truck I found myself at River City Ford on the Friday evening of the August Long weekend. 2 hours after their closing time, the sales and finance teams were still working hard to get me on the road in my new truck that same day. They were willing to stay late just to make sure I had everything I needed. My sales consultant Tom Iliopoulos did an excellent job ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He demonstrated a genuine interest in helping me find the right vehicle at the right price and was very professional. He greatly exceeded my expectations of what a sales consultant should be. I have been back to the dealership a few times to buy accessories and grab the contents of my old truck. Once again my expectations were blown away by Martin Keleman and Dale Seeman in the Parts department. After many buying experiences in the past, I can honestly say the team work and dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding across all the areas I dealt with. It is impressive to see such a high level of collaboration and I have certainly not seen a team work so well together at any other dealership in the past.
