Poor service and poor quality work. I've taken my Ford F150 for service to River City Ford since the truck was new. In some cases they recommended expensive repairs on the truck that we I've taken my Ford F150 for service to River City Ford since the truck was new. In some cases they recommended expensive repairs on the truck that weren't needed, as verified by second opinions from licensed mechanics at licensed repair shops. In another case I needed a deficiency corrected in the work originally done by River City Ford, while I was on vacation out of town. I contacted the dealership for assistance and the dealership refused to help. Needless to say I won't be going to River City Ford again for any work or for any new vehicles. More
