Amazing customer service I came into this ford dealership with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I was shopping around and this was our first stop. Upon driving onto th I came into this ford dealership with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I was shopping around and this was our first stop. Upon driving onto the lot, Ryan met us. He was kind and was willing to work with my list of demands. I had a price and was not willing to budge. He met that and I ended up driving away with a Ford Escape. I had many questions and a few concerns with the vehicle and Ryan was able to assist me with all of them. He was professional and followed through with all of his promises. If he was unsure of an answer to one of my questions, he went and asked someone who would know. Ryan made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase.
