He was kind and was willing to work with my list of demands. I had a price and was not willing to budge. He met that and I ended up driving away with a Ford Escape. I had many questions and a few concerns with the vehicle and Ryan was able to assist me with all of them. He was professional and followed through with all of his promises. If he was unsure of an answer to one of my questions, he went and asked someone who would know. Ryan made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. From the time I drove onto the lot to the time I left in my newly purchased used Ford Escape, I was treated like I was the only customer in the buildi From the time I drove onto the lot to the time I left in my newly purchased used Ford Escape, I was treated like I was the only customer in the building. I was greeted by John on my first visit who shook my hand, welcomed me and walked me to my first meeting with Esteban. Esteban was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly took all the stress out of the process of finding a new vehicle to meet my needs. My second visit I was greeted by Ryan in the lot and he too took me along to my scheduled meeting with Esteban. This was a big day for my husband and I as we were there to pick up our Escape. Jenny from Finance did a wonderful job of ensuring we understood all of our options and made it very comfortable to ask questions. (BTW nice pic Jen!)
