Corey was awesome! Corey was so helpful, I was from out of town... and when I arrived at the dealership became right away to help. He walked me to service,... and he got Corey was so helpful, I was from out of town... and when I arrived at the dealership became right away to help. He walked me to service,... and he got my Escape fixed. So grateful because was busy that day but Corey assured me Ford would take care of Ford customers. You will be asked to service the vehicle at the dealership to keep the warranty but during the warranty period the service staff will not find anything wrong. Once the warranty expires be prepared for a laundry list of things to be fixed. They will upsell you with rust protection and stuff but will never honor the coverage, will find some excuse to deny the claims.... scam!!!! Stay clear of this dealership More

Assessory advice and oil change. Did an excellent job in explaining how things worked that the manual made too complex to understand. Ok service I came to have my oil changed at a dealership for the first time. I nornally do them myself or go to great Canadian oil change. But the price differen I came to have my oil changed at a dealership for the first time. I nornally do them myself or go to great Canadian oil change. But the price difference was hard to pass up this time. The tech who worked on my vehicle for whatever reason thought it was a ok to kneel on my front bumper cover when checking the engine during the oil change. (He should of got a step ladder). Well i was told it would take 45 minutes to do my oil change, i would of been out of there sooner had he not ate 3 struddles over the course of my oil change. The front desk guy was nice. friendly. Good. But when i got home and glanced at my invoice, there was a note that my rear drive shock was leaking. I was not made aware of this at all. And maybe would of booked an appointment for a later date. Or got it fixed on the spot. This was disappointing. Maybe just some better communication needed. They shouod give the option of maybe for recommendations. Because i am unsure. More
