Had the worst experience ever in any ford in the country. Me and my fiancé drove all the way from Calgary to get work done at river city ford. I dropped the car off at 8am was expecting to pick it up around Me and my fiancé drove all the way from Calgary to get work done at river city ford. I dropped the car off at 8am was expecting to pick it up around 3pm but they called me and told me the work is not done and they would have to keep it an extra day which would of cost me a lot so we said we couldn’t wait the extra day. So we ended up going back and picking up our vehicle barely any work done. It was very unprofessional and huge waste of time and money coming across the country to get work done. We spoke to the general manager his name was Derrick there and we asked why that happened, he wasn’t even nice about it and trying brush it off like nothing happened. He was very unprofessional and didn’t take us serious didn’t even help to arrange something for us. We ended up buying the parts and leaving unhappy. More

I’m not even sure if they have a receptionist as nobody ever answers the phone. When I do go in, the girl that sits at the reception desk is completely unpleasant and won’t aknowledge you.
