As can be expected from a high end brand such as Subaru, my expectations were high and was initially impressed by the dealership and service from the Sales person whom I dealt with, only to be let down when Scott walked into the final negotiation, being so arrogant. Not what you'd expect from a Sales Manager in the service industry. Disappointed in Richmond Subaru and currently reviewing my rights in submitting a consumer complaint with VSA. More

It's easy to just provide me with the hard facts of what they have on the lot, but what Jackie gives is exceptional sincere service and really listened to what I want. Scott was also fantastic in helping out with the closing and definitely gives spirit to the whole car buying experience. I was surprised to walk out of the dealership within two days with a car at a very reasonable price. More

beyond your expectations In the past week, I had visited two other dealerships and was not treated seriously with staff who didn't really seem to want to help me. When I came to Richmond Subaru on an understaffed Sunday, Dan was eager to explain different aspects and made me feel comfortable within minutes. I came in wanting a 2015 Subaru Impreza and that is exactly what I left with. Dan was double booked but very understanding of my needs as I just got into an accident and needed a car pretty quick. we chatted for about a half hour, I went to lunch so he could full fill his prior arrangements, and then we went on a test drive a few hours later. It was unbelievable! I am such a happy customer and will definitely be returning in the future. Jason and (I feel awful I don't remember his name) the insurance man were awesome as well. You can tell everyone working at Richmond Subaru enjoys what they are doing and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer leaves happy. Thank you Richmond Subaru for the best car shopping experience I've ever had. P.s. the little sold sign that says "Sold to very nice people" is fantastic. Great group of people. Helped us get the car we wanted Went there after a lot of research and they seemed to have the best reviews of any Subaru dealer around. It was easy to see why as soon as we stepped into the door. I had already seen the model we wanted (a 2014 Subaru Outback) and Dan was happy to show it to us. We were able to take it for a decent test run and Dan was able to answer any questions we had about the car. Our only issue was probably that it took so long, it was about 5 hours from when we walked into the dealership from the moment we left, but we did drive out with a new car. The problem, however, was RBC not getting back to us in time and ICBC taking quite a while as well, neither the dealer's fault. In all, Dan was a great salesman. Not pushy but very knowledgeable and he obviously has a passion for cars. He was outgoing and friendly and seemed to genuinely want us to get the best deal for our needs and budget. In terms of the finance office, Jody was very thorough and very helpful. And in the follow-up days, her co-worker Jason was just as helpful. Andre & Jorge More

Best customer servie ever at any dealership Purchased a used 2011 Forester with 59,000 km. The car was in really nice shape and condition all around. Got it at a very competitive price. After driving it for aprx. 1600 km found out that it was consuming oil at a rather alarming rate. We went back and tolled them about this problem and to make a long story short, we ended up with a brand new Crosstrek that more than made up for any inconvenience caused. Usually, once you make a purchase, don't bother cause they don't care any longer, but in this case the opposite was true. Never in all my life have I experienced this level of service and satisfaction that we received at Richmond Subaru, especially by Tyler George. You owe it to yourself to check these guys out before you purchase your next vehicle. More
