A very professional and high quality experience I initially dealt with Greg Sipprell but primarily with Brek Bailey for the purchase of a 2015 5 litre Genesis. I believe I got a fair deal and the follow up was great. I had been to the Hyundai dealer on Woodbine in Thornhill. While closer to my home, I found the sales person arrogant and distracted and he gave the impression that he'd do me a big favour by taking my 2006 Jaguar XJR off my hands for 1/2 of what I was offered by Greg and Brek-the latter offer was fair, the Woodbine one ridiculous. If I hadn't gone to the Richmond Hill location, I'd still be driving my Jaguar. More

Greatest Experience I walked into this dealership and was made to feel like an important person...I lost the feeling of embarrassment that I had been made to feel at othe I walked into this dealership and was made to feel like an important person...I lost the feeling of embarrassment that I had been made to feel at other dealerships because of having tarnished credit. I walked in and spoke with Jack Dee and within 3 days he had me and my daughter in 2 vehicles as promised...and picking up the vehicles was just as easy with Greg Sipprell stepping in to make sure all the paperwork was in order and the keys were handed over. Great Leadership! When I first got my Accent in 2010. I was immediately dissatisfied with Hyundai. My dealings were all with the Morningside dealership. I had a brand When I first got my Accent in 2010. I was immediately dissatisfied with Hyundai. My dealings were all with the Morningside dealership. I had a brand new car with engine problems every year. And each time I took the car in to get repaired. I was never given a courtesy car and had to dish out the money for rentals out of my own pocket. The engine problems were mostly caused by an after market car starter that the Morningside dealership found and installed when I made the deal for the car with a car starter. This year I started taking my car to the Richmond Hill location. The service was night and day difference. They fixed my continued car issues as a priority. Ricco especially was quite helpful. He made sure to repair my car in a way that was least inconvenient for me. The dealership in general restored my faith in Hyundai to the point where I bought a new Elantra from them. I went from a very unhappy Hyundai owner to very satisfied one. This dealership and Ricco in particular are fantastic. I have already referred friends to get their new cars from this dealership. I am satisfied with the service I was provided and I will continue to service my car there. My advice to others considering this dealership for service is that you and your car will be in great hands with Ricco. Aleen More

The difference this time was David's extreme friendliness, comprehensive knowledge to any questions I asked and a perceived honesty and sincerity - all qualities I value as pertinent. How can one purchase a car and make a 7/8 year commitment unless there is trust? Even when doubts did crop up, he was able to dispel them. This is my kind of salesperson and I hope he remains until I purchase my next car. One new problem was lack of a written disclosure of all the options discussed. I think a copy of all the details and options discussed should be provided so the customer can peruse it while at home or in a relaxed atmosphere. Very difficult to remember and assimilate everything in the excitement and passion of the moment. But here again David was extremely helpful and reassuring. Thanks David and love my 2014 Tucson. More
