Below averange but 3 Im giving my last visitS a 3. One day my back up camera stopped working and I had called to make an appointment to have it fixed. At the same tim Im giving my last visitS a 3. One day my back up camera stopped working and I had called to make an appointment to have it fixed. At the same time the lady on the phone could see I was at the kms to have my break maintenance done so I said yes to that too. I went in and waited about an hour after Reno called me and said that my front breaks were so bad that I should have them replaced... $600. He also said that the part for my back up camera wasn't in stock and he would have to order one, at the time trying to locate the problem he also chipped a piece of the trim and he said that part wasn't in stock either. He also said that because I was a few kms over the warranty for the back up camera it wasn't covered but he would check to see if maybe he could get it covered... He sent me home with still no back up camera working and a chipped trim. As I started to drive home my new callipers were rubbing on my Steele rims and making a weird sound. So I called and he said that my winter tires were the wrong size for my car, which is wrong because I bought my winter tires from Hyundai. Hyundai put them on my car, so don't tell me I bought the wrong size winter tires and now my breaks are rubbing..... Both the breaks and rims are not covered under warranty so it's his fault for letting me leave Like that.. I wasn't happy. The next week he called and said that the camera part was in and I could come back again and wait again and it was covered under warranty. I drove all the way back from Bradford and waited for a lady to come and hand me my keys and say your car is done... I go to drive off and I decide to put my car in reverse and nothing happens, no camera comes on. So I go back inside and say it's not working. Reno tells me he ordered the wrong part. And I look at him like are you f****ng kidding me. I just drove here for the second time and your telling me you ordered the wrong part. Like this is your job. And helge said he didn't fix the trim because when the part does come in he will fix it then. Waste of time. I also got a speeding ticket on the way down to Richmond hill that day. So leaving there I was furious beyond mad. So unprofessional he is. I waited two weeks and never heard from huyundi so I call and they were like oh ya your part is in did you want to make an appointment.. Like no one called me to tell me.... So I go back again I didn't even want to look at renato so I spoke with Scott. He said that after all that it was a wire issue and its fixed for now but if it's stops again to come back. At that time he offered a free oil change for my next visit. Which is the bare minimum I feel. I still feel like that was horrid service and I shouldn't ever go back. But I've been loyal and I will continue to go back because I trust the work that I do have done to me car. Even though that story is about a 1 star I do believe Hyundai Richmond hill did intend to have such bad service i was just unlucky. I hope to have better service in the future. More

2016 Elantra GT servicing Bought the car in April 2016 as dealer used car so it was up for it's first service. Made arrangements with service team. Showed up on Saturday as arranged they said it will take 1 hour to be service and with in the hour I was back on the road. Great team, very friendly. Sale rep Brek checked in to ensure that the service team was taking care of me while I was waiting. Thanks again. More
2015 Elantra servicing Took car in for a scheduled maintenance appointment. Staff were courteous and polite and efficient. They reminded me of a recall that needed to be fixed on the sunroof, and they fixed it all within a couple of hours. I will definitely continue to utilize their service department for my car.
