After a lot of research into used private sales, we decided new was best so she dropped in to RH Hyundai. Our 10 year old Tucson has served us very well so something a little sportier seemed in order for her birthday. Greg S. was very professional and patient explaining our options with available trim packages on the Accent and Elantra. (I didn't know any manufacturer still offered manual windows !) He put considerable effort into locating our choice of 2016 clear-out model, trim level and colour which we very much appreciated, even though it had to be shipped in. We also met Jason G. and are very happy choosing to give the business to this dealership. More

From the beginning to the end Janett was very professional and efficient... simply put, she was just awesome ! Same day and within few hours I walked out from the Richmond Hill Hyundai as a happy man with a big smile as on June 27 I got a very beautiful present for my girlfriend - a brand new Hyundai Accent !! Service Bought my car there 5 years ago. Was overcharged for my service. Bought winter tires with them which allowed me to store my summers for free with th Bought my car there 5 years ago. Was overcharged for my service. Bought winter tires with them which allowed me to store my summers for free with them. I was given back someone else's tires that had no tread left. GM was a total idiot and dented any wrongdoing oven though he saw the tires didn't match the invoice. Total nightmare. Took months to get 4 brand new tires. Haven't been back and never will! More
