I asked for one and received a couple of pamphlets that were vague at best and the price quoted included an oil change that was already included in the purchase price of the car! I ask for itemized pricing because of the fact that some of the items of the over $250oo added cost I can do myself. Eg check battery terminals for corrosion. Thanks, Dave Duncan More

His product knowledge was excellent as was his professionalism and confidence in the product. No sales pressure was applied and was not necessary as Brek genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy and got the correct vehicle and features for our needs. We also spoke to the manager who thanked us for our business both during the purchase process and when picking up the vehicle which he didn't need to do but was a nice touch. We have had the Sanata Fe XL for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier with it. If you are considering a Hyundai I would recommend checking out this dealership....and ask for Brek! More

The first one was close to my house, but the service wasn't great, the dealership was small and it didn't feel comforting. Since then, I've only ever come to Richmond Hill Hyundai. It's 40 minutes out of my way to get here, but the service is amazing. All my questions get answered; I've never once felt as if the dealer is tacking on services that weren't necessary, and they do everything possible to keep my car clean. This includes bagging the driver's seat with plastic, putting down mats, and washing the exterior after the service is complete. With regards to service, they have a lounge you can sit at with newspapers, television, and complimentary coffee and tea. This is a no hassle, no pressure service centre, and it's highly recommended. More
