I pre-ordered a Tucson Plug-in Hybrid from Brek Bailey at this dealership in early May, 2021. It was a long wait, but I got one of the first 10 in Canada - on October 8th. Brek communicated the status of my order regularly throughout the 5 months I waited - and sent me a text the minute it finally arrived on the lot. There was an issue with a missing accessory - but Brek, Mark and Chris followed up with Hyundai Canada until I was completely satisfied. As the deal was closed, I was offered the extended warranty and insurance - but there was no hard sell like you’d get at a lot of other places. I politely declined and that was it. I would definitely purchase another Hyundai from Brek at Richmond Hill Hyundai and would not hesitate to send friends and family to him - knowing that they’d be treated fairly. I paid and bought an AWD Tucson but they insidiously changed the bill of sale and gave me a FWD . I trusted them but it was deceived . I was on phone with Jeff ( probably Jeff Miller ) and he tried to c changed the bill of sale and gave me a FWD . I trusted them but it was deceived . I told him that he originally saw the rough bill of sale ( that says neither of AWD or FWD ) which he said he never did but he claimed he has been on the case from beginning . He further added that this what they do with their customers and they never specify whether the car is AWD or FWD He then added I have been the only one with an issue with this protocol . This is Not a protocol !!! I have been used , manipulated and would not wish this on any one . I am sharing my story on NUMEROUS PLATFORMS because I will NOT be pushed aside !!
