Richmond Hill Hyundai

Never trust this dealer. I bought Tucson 2012 from this dealer,and this vehicle is on the list of recall for system upgrade. I sent in Oct 2016 for the upgrade and after full I bought Tucson 2012 from this dealer,and this vehicle is on the list of recall for system upgrade. I sent in Oct 2016 for the upgrade and after full day of leaving the vehicle at the dealer I went to pick up the car after work. and they told me they did not have the USB for the upgrade and they did not fixed it. After 6 month, April 2017, I sent the vehicle in again, for the same upgrade, and confirmed they had USB stick. I took Uber Taxi to work because Bus service in the area is very limited. after leaving the car full day at the delaer, when I went to pick it up, they say they did not upgrade the system because they did not have the USB stick. Now they told me to go to other dealership for the upgrade. and my car is having trouble start once in a while, and I heard this is caused by the system bug. There are more incidents and cases that I found them lying to me for he past 5 years I have been with this dealer. which I will not list here. never buy again from this dealer and tell all my friends about my experience when they are buying new vehicle. Wonder if the owners of this dealership knows about what they are doing or they just don't care. More

While there was some small snag with the grounding of the original leased car it was taken care of without issue and his attention to our concerns was also appreciated. More

I am so impressed with this dealership! Specifically, Hafiz, Anthony and Tatiana. They are all so knowledgeable and friendly - it was wonderful to deal with people so great at their jobs. Hafiz and Anthony answered all of my questions and told me things I hadn't thought of. They were never pushy, on the contrary, they were very helpful and understood my hesitation at making a significant purchase and in no way rushed me. I looked at all the models on the floor, asked questions about all of them and was never "pushed" toward any given vehicle. I felt comfortable and never doubted for one moment that they had my best interests in mind. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are doing financing - ask to see Tatiana. She did a great job of helping me understand the implications of the financing options that were available and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though, geographically, this isn't the most convenient dealership for me to go to, I will be buying all of my vehicles here future forward.
