Sam is very specific when answering my questions and is willing to share his own experience or thought if asked. He's explained the promotion, the financing terms and my options to me clearly. When it came to the bargain of the final price, I had expected it to be hard by the nature. However, Sam's manager, Marc, and Sam have done what they could (I believe) to match my ask close enough. There's no drama. On the pick up day, i have received the good customer service from Sam again as he walked me through some basics, etc. He's a person with integrity and a down-to-earth personality that you can't help but put your trust in him when you deal with car purchases with him and his team.
