New Vehicle Purchase I put down a deposit for a new car and make arragements to pick it up on a Monday @ 10am. Greg Sipprell stated he could rush it and have it on Friday, No Monday would be good so I could get the insurance and other paperwork done. Arrived Monday at 10 am could I come back on Wednesdayto pick it up. No. Was told to come back at noon. I had taken the bus for 10 yrs-this was my first vehicle.I took the bus home and back again to be told again at noon my vehicle was still not ready. This time I waited not ready till 2 pm. This salesman can move product but has no customer sales experience or follow up with the purchaser or leaser of vehicles. More

Bumper retainer had separated and needed to be reglued again O'Neil was pleasant and helpful. This issue had arisen in the winter and in April, he had attempted to have it resolved but it reoccurred. When I call O'Neil was pleasant and helpful. This issue had arisen in the winter and in April, he had attempted to have it resolved but it reoccurred. When I called to notify him that the glue had not held, he said another adhesive was being used now and he arranged for it to be used this time. I hope it works now. More
