Rexdale Hyundai

I bought a 2018 hyundai sonata from Rexdale Hyundai in june 2019 since then I've had a computer update, flashing check engine with reduced power and recently another flashing check engine light,all of wh june 2019 since then I've had a computer update, flashing check engine with reduced power and recently another flashing check engine light,all of which they say is covered under warranty, I've spoken to service reps who has explained that it's a manufacturer engine defect that is to be fixed in stages as it progresses, I am currently at stage 3 in 9 months of ownership of this vehicle. I have spoken to Hyundai Canada who has in formed me that the dealer had ordered me a brand new transmission which is great except my recall issue is with my engine as explained by all technicians and service reps, so now there is a transmission problem that I haven't even been told about. So thanks to rexdale Hyundai, Hector Sanchez in sales and Gamal Youssef sales manager for a job well done, hope you're proud of yourselves. Rexdale Hyundai is not a respectable dealership in all aspects they've lied hid damaged to the vehicle I was purchasing and constantly cover up the issues of these vehicles to the customers. I can't write all I've learned in the 9 months I've owned this vehicle but I can say read the bad reviews put them all together and that is rexdale Hyundai. Proudly owned and sadly operated at the expense of there customers. Stay away. More

Dont go here. Go elsewhere. Service manager is horrible. They would rather go through cheaper options than actually fix your car. Then will make you pay for their own mistakes.
