Zero stars Worst Service Experience of my LIFE!!!!! I just left that dealership and I wish I never had to go back but unfortunately they are the only Nissan dealership in Red Deer. The Fixed Operations Manager Mike Tichbourne was the rudest service person I have ever experienced in my 41 years on this planet. To sum it up he basically told me the issue I was having wasn't an issue at all, even though I had driven from Sylvan Lake 3 times to get it fixed with zero resolve. I asked him if he thought it was fun for me to keep coming in a waste 4 hours of my day for him to tell me there was no issue. Which I have 4 recorded videos of the issue, he even viewed one of them. He responded to me by saying do you think its fun for me to try and duplicate the problem on your car for over an hour? Well Mike you are in the "service" industry so it might not be fun but it is actually your job and what you get paid for. Completely rude and this site forces you to give at least one star, but for Mike there are no stars in my opinion. Maybe an attitude check and a class in customer service skills. Unbelievable how rude this guy was. Hope you don't have to deal with him.
