Scratch my vehicle make it sound like it's my fault. Service writers never fully listen to customer complaints. Take me vehicle in for service comes back scratched. Then they try and make it sound like my fault. Had tires installed had to go to Canadian Tire to get the tires balanced right. Service writers never fully listen to complaints they have selective hearing. Have to take my vehicle to a Ford dealership from now on for oil changes to avoid getting new scratches on my vehicle. Will have to go to Edmonton or Calgary for service or warranty work. Avoid this dealership they don't do proper or quality work. More

Sales lady was nice , but manager was pushy . Insisted on a down payment to hold , which is fine and normal practice.
