Had my oil changed at Red Deer Mitsubishi. Found out when I took my Toyota Tundra to jiffy lube that red deer Mitsubishi had thrown out the spindle and spring that my oil filter sits in. So my oil filter had been doing nothing for months since going to Mitsubishi. I went in to be reimbursed for the spindle and the sea foam additive added to my oil because they improperly did my oil change and the manager called me a liar!! They are highly incompetent and don’t take responsibility for major mistakes! If they can’t do an oil change I don’t think they could be trusted for any mechanical work. Then to be called a liar!! What a joke they are! Would highly recommend avoiding Mitsubishi. Scam artists and incompetent ! More
We traded in our cars to get a new car. After the purchase of the used- new to us- SUV we found issues with it. Had the warranty, so we brought the vehicle in to be fixed. When we were there the service desk worker was rude and passive. No kindness was shown. One of us were on crutches from a bad injury and no chair was offered. Service vehicle was promised and was not delivered, so someone had to pick us up from another town while we waited for the repairs. When we went back to pick up the vehicle, the service desk worker again was rude. We then had to walk onto the other side of the lot to get the car (on crutches!). No level of quality service was not there! Not recommending people do business here! More

Nothing but broken promises from the manager Bought a truck from there two days later the trucks check engine light came on notifying of a problem notify dealership. Warranty will not cover unless it has an actual reading which will take up to 10 days notify dealership with the promise of help from The manager. Was told by the assistant manager that we will have to wait the 10 days as we are stranded in the bush with no truck and unable to work. Do not recommend dealing with this dealership Lot of broken promises to be left paying for a truck that is not running And the manager doesn’t even have the decency to give me a call. Will only respond by text message. Very rude customer service from both Manager and general Manager More
If I could give more stars I would. First off I have to say there was some issue. However, how they dealt with them was fantastic. I went thru a few vehicles before finding the right one. However Desiree , despite having a life outside of work and other cleints did a fantastic job of getting me in the right vehicle for the right price and getting it to me and then taking care fo any concerns I had, The say they beleive in service and they do. I beleive they really care about the customer and even though we had some issue they really came through in the end MY sales rep and finance person was Desiree and seh really did a fantastic job. Even despite the fact that I live in Edmonton they didn't hesitate to let me borrow a vehicle while my extras were being added and they did everything to make me happy and beyond. If you want to go somewhere you will be taken care of and you want some who will get you what you want - not just what they want to sell Desiree and Red Deer Mitsubishi is the place to go. Thanks I will go to Desiree and Red Deer Mitsubnishi for my next vehicle for sure. More

I loved the 2014 charger I got there. He has went above and beyond for me, helped me get into a vehicle where nobody else would accept my credit history. He even got me another set of tires that I knew weren't in the deal and half of the price of the brand new winter tires were paid by gage himself, I know cause I went and paid for my half while he did! He has treated me nothing but GREAT! Also has done more for me than any other sales person has ever! More

I would like to start off by saying that I am usually not the type of person to file complaints, but I was extremely, extremely disappointed and flustered by the Sales Manager, Gauge Cutler, at the Red Deer the type of person to file complaints, but I was extremely, extremely disappointed and flustered by the Sales Manager, Gauge Cutler, at the Red Deer Mitsubishi location. I also would like to bring up that after a quick search on Google reviews, there have been multiple complaints posted online towards Gauge. My story: I regularly monitor my credit report and I noticed a hard inquiry check from Red Deer Mitsubishi. I decided to reach out to that location for further clarification. I was redirected to Gauge – the receptionist was quite nice and I appreciated that. The conversation started off very aggressive and unwelcoming as a prospective Mitusbishi and vehicle owner. Gauge did explain (in a very aggressive manner), that he 'purchases' leads from various online sources, like me who inquired about a vehicle online, but Mitsubishi was not the one who proceeded with a hard credit check. Although I do not question the validity of that statement, it was his demeanour, tone, and as mentioned online by other customers, his overall 'poor treatment' with customers. The conversation did not lead to a conclusion, rather a very confrontational, 'You signed up online, it was your fault, and there is nothing you can do'. I have explained I did not authorize the credit check online, nor was aware of the circumstances and asked for a resolution. Again, he raised his tone and blatantly said 'it was your fault, if Equifax traced this back, it would be your IP address'. I will surely join the others who have complained online towards Gauge. Gauge's bio references, 'My goal as Assistant Sales Manager is to build great relationships with my customers and to meet as well exceed their expectations', I was surprised with his overall lack of empathy, understanding, and basic customer service skills. I am filing this complaint, not for my own benefit, nor do I expect anything in return, but as awareness that his actions and tone towards a prospective vehicle owner is unacceptable, and goes against Mitsubishi's three principles and corporate philosophy. I will never purchase a vehicle from the Red Deer location, or recommend it to any of my peers in the area. More
