Mitsubishi ROCKS !!!!!! I was in the market for a winter vehicle for over two years. I was unsure what I needed, but Shawn was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Shawn was able to answer all my questions, and the ones he was unsure of he found out for me right away. My brand new GT RVR is beautiful, and the 2.4 l is a more than adequate amount of power for my needs. The panoramic roof with the lights is so awesome. The service I received was top notch. I appreciate all the help Mitsubishi was able to provide; you guys are awesome. More

Buying a vehicle should not be this difficult I bought a 2010 dodge ram 1500 from Mitsubishi Red Deer. I got a good price but to get it took all that I had. After agreeing on price, with new tires I bought a 2010 dodge ram 1500 from Mitsubishi Red Deer. I got a good price but to get it took all that I had. After agreeing on price, with new tires, and signing off on it the dealership took 4 days passed when they said it would be ready for pickup. Not only that but each time that I called in to check if I could pick it up no one apologized for the inconvenience or reassured me when I could pick it up. After being told the third time that it wasn't ready I called the manager Chad and he did nothing more then fill my gas tank after I pretty much begged for it. When I did finally get to pick up my truck they didn't honor the first agreement that I had signed to get new tires put on the truck before I would purchase. I will NEVER shop here again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either. More

They not only are poor at communicating with a buyer, but will sell you a vehicle that is unsafe to drive. I purchased a used truck from them, and the truck lost power while driving it less than 2 days later. They refuse to fix the issues, and have been quite rude. I doubt they even put the truck through the 'inspection', because they should have noticed the electrical problems. I wouldn't have even gone to this joke of a dealership if they had not emailed me and asked if I was interested in trading in a vehicle I was selling on kijiji. That desperate plea for sales should have been a red flag. AMVIC has been contacted, hopefully I will be able to drive the vehicle I am making payments on. More
Dodged a bullet Red Deer Mitsubishi was holding a "Car Wars" sales event at Parkland Mall late January 2015. I went in and told them I am looking for a luxury SUV: Me Red Deer Mitsubishi was holding a "Car Wars" sales event at Parkland Mall late January 2015. I went in and told them I am looking for a luxury SUV: Mercedes-Benz GLK, Lincoln MKX, Acura RDX or Audi Q5. Nothing specific, but I was really only looking for a list of vehicles. It seemed like a long-shot, given the entry-level type vehicles they had on display. However, the salesman said they deal with "lots of other dealerships" and he will build a car list for me to look at. I also asked them to appraise a possible trade-in, which they were happy to look at. Everything at this point, seemed perfectly fine. The next day, before he even provided me with the list, they wanted my personal info to do a credit check. I asked "why do you need to check my credit now? You don't even have a single vehicle to show me"... he replied "it is just their policy to check all customer credit, so if they do find a vehicle, they are able to proceed with the sale". He also said things like: it's no big deal and it won't affect my credit. They also asked for my credit card for a $500.00 deposit. I was very reluctant and asked "why would you need a deposit... again there is no car". He said the deposit is seen as "good will" and helps him get the best price, because it shows I am a serious customer. It was fairly high pressure, but I finally caved in... He said he will call me back the next day with the list. Later that night, he sent me a text saying they will not charge me a penny until we agree on a vehicle. Fair enough... luckily for me, they actually kept their word and my credit card was never charged. He calls me back the following day and says "good news, we got you approved!"... to my surprise I reply "approved for what? you still haven't shown me a car to look at". He asks me to come back to the showroom, so we can sit down and discuss all the details. He found 4 different models of the Mercedes-Benz GLK; and that he "has started a bidding war to win my business"... Later that afternoon: I go back in, I am greeted at the door and asked to sit and wait, I watch the salesman run around the showroom; every 10 minutes he tells me "hold on man, we have the numbers and you are going to love it, just another 2 minutes"... I proceed to wait for about an hour. When he finally approaches me with papers in hand, he sits down and verbally describes the vehicle: 2012 Mercedes Benz GLK, 46,000kms and black with beige interior (that's it)... he then shows me a form that states "331 bi-weekly" and asks if me "are we good to go with the deal?"... He doesn't have pictures, written feature list of the vehicle and I cannot even test drive it, because the vehicle is currently in a dealership holding facility. I asked if he can at least provide me with pictures, full feature list and price of the vehicle. He said "no problem, I will have that for you tomorrow". Next day, he tells me they are trying to get the vehicle out of the holding facility and transported to Red Deer for us to inspect and possibly test drive. At this point, they are trying their hardest to get me to approve the $500 deposit, because without it, there was no chance of getting the vehicle out... I absolutely refuse to provide them with a deposit without the basic information: Pictures, Feature List and Price. The only thing they were able to show me on paper thus far, was "$331 bi-weekly" -nothing else, no mention of the term of the load, interest rate or vehicle details. A senior salesman then sits down with us... and I had to flat out tell them, "how do you expect me to buy a vehicle without any information or even what it looks like". The senior salesman asks "you should know what it looks like, just Google it"... and I reply "of course I know what it looks like, but I still have no way to confirm the condition of the vehicle you are trying to sell me". They tell me, give them one more day. Day 4! I am again asked to return, the sales man says "he cannot send me the info via text... it is better we all sit down". I am back in the showroom... again made to wait for about an hour while they are "working out the numbers". Another salesman jokingly says to me "hey man, you are here so often, I hope you are getting a paycheck"... finally, the salesman and now the sales manager sits down with me. Again, high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign. Still no Pictures, Feature List or Price. I specifically ask for them to "break it down", they finally cave and show me the Price of $41,000... I quickly take my phone and search for comparable models on the market. In less then 5 minutes, I find the exact same model, same year and same kms, for $34,000... I told them their price is much too high and when I showed the sales manager the listing on my phone he said "okay then... BYE!" The sales manager was very rude and extremely pushy. In the end I walked away and nothing was charged to my credit card. After reading several reviews on this site, I am so thankful I walked away. This was hands down the worst car shopping experience in my life and complete waste of my time. More

They told her to get a co-signer she would be on the loan she got the approval with her dad when it came down to it she signed the papers for the inspections, the trade in papers weren't sent to the other dealer and I had to make 2 payment one on the new vehicle and the next payment on the trade in. The papers after looking over them were payments weekly and she accepted the deal being told payments were bi-weekly, when I confronted the finance manager about this he told me sorry bout ur luck but papers are signed it's the deal. On top of all this my fiancée was never on the deal and when she picked up the vehicle they gave her a fake bill of sale so she could insure and register it under her own name More
