Decide on purchasing a 2014 Dodge Caravan R/T trim Visited 3 Chrysler dealerships before Raceway Chrysler and was treated with poor service and was even lied straight to my face. Chrysler dealership located in South Etobicoke- Dundas and Eastmall location sales rep had no clue what he was talking about as I had to correct him a few times on options and pricing, rebates. Chrysler dealership located in Mississauga on Dixie Rd south of Matheson Blvd, do not acknowledge any customer walking into their showroom, had to have receptionist page for a sales rep and then was lied to when I asked him when was the last day for factory order for my Dodge Caravan, he replied tomorrow. I could not believe he actually answered that, it was like right out of a movie featuring a slimeball lying car salesman. I simply said thank you and immediately left with him trying to talk me back to sit down at his desk. I then decide to try Raceway Chrysler, as soon as I opened the door to the showroom greeted by Vahid Bahmani and the other reps, wow I said to myself --finally greeted. I asked Vahid the same question before we proceed to even talk. He replied "Sir wait here I will ask and be right back with you". Vahid proceeded to Ahamd Nadtiti office and came out with Ahmad whom greeted me and they both told me July 18, 2014 was the last day for Factory order. Finally a dealership whom told the truth. I then decided to sit down with Vahid whom insisted that even though I test drove the vehicle already to test drive it one more time which I did. Vahid took the time to explain alll the options and features even though I already was quite familiar he made sure to take the time and explain in detail to me. Very Impressed. I the was able to settle on a price that I was comfortable with and Vahid and Ahmad made sure to meet my price. Ahamd was amazing to deal with as he was a great help after my purchase, as he was even honest to honor the current finance rate rather than my original rate at time of purchase for factory order. Ahamd thank you, thank you, thank you for all your help and time, you are amazing and so kind, so professional yet so down to earth, and most of all honest. Thank you for your patience with me and all my phone calls as well. I then had the pleasure to deal with Rahim Premji in the finance department whom was very professional and quite knowledgeable and truly helped me so much with the delivery of my vehicle. Laith Alsaigh worked miracles for me on my delivery day with the help of Jesse Saba and Mikhael Nader thank you gentlemen so much, Laith you are an amazing patient, kind man. Lastly, Vahid Bahmani my sales rep, what can I say??? You are an amazing human being, honest, truthful, knowledgeable, fun, thank you for my purchase an enjoyable one, thank you for being patient and answering all my phone calls and re-assuring me and keeping me up to date on my build status. Finally, I would like the Nimeck brothers to know and be extra proud of the team they have assembled at Raceway Chrysler, Reg, Gord, be proud of your boys and your team, I will recommend everyone I know to your dealershipfor the future.
