Service dept bordline incompetent! I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE HAVING YOUR CAR/SUV SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. My Jeep had a leak since August and it took them 4 months of taking my j I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE HAVING YOUR CAR/SUV SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. My Jeep had a leak since August and it took them 4 months of taking my jeep apart, replacing parts to tell me that it was the thermostat that needed replacing. The first time they serviced it, few days later, same leak,, that happened 3 times after that in the next 3 months...they told me it was a different leak each time- whereas my photos that I took showed the SAME leak under the my jeep in the SAME place. Then the Service Manager told me each time they fixed something, parts get weakened and need replacing. If they knew what they issue was in the first place, parts would not be weakened. I even contacted the president, Reg Nimbeck, of the dealership and he obviously didn't believe my situation warranted a response - still waiting. Yeah, my Jeep is fixed, but doesn't feel the same anymore. You've read this now, please reconsider who you trust your vehicle with. I plan to share my dreadful experience with anyone and everyone that will listen. More

New Vehicle 2 weeks ago, I drove my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan to Raceway Chrysler to see what my option was towards buying a new van. As, I walked in Nadeem kolsaw 2 weeks ago, I drove my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan to Raceway Chrysler to see what my option was towards buying a new van. As, I walked in Nadeem kolsawala was the first sales person to greet me. He was very pleasant and quick in finding out what my needs were. He is knowledgeable, he showed me the van I wanted and explained very clearly to me the features it has. He was able to answer my questions and concerns.He, then let me test drove it. While we were test driving it, he was still, giving me advise on what he thought was my best suitable options. Soon after, he took me to Rahim the finance officer whom within a week was able to grant me the finance. Both gentlemen have very good customer service skills and very pleasant. Mr. Rahim was able to get me the colour I wanted. I am now driving a 2015 Dodge Caravan and enjoying it. My only regret is, I prefer the van Mr. Nadeem let me test drove it has better features, but it was the same colour as my old van. I will pass on my experience to others... More

I was looking to trade in my '13 2500, Amgad identified my needs immediately and within minutes we were sitting in the truck i would agree to purchase I was looking to trade in my '13 2500, Amgad identified my needs immediately and within minutes we were sitting in the truck i would agree to purchase. 2 days later, after a lot of thinking, I was second guessing my decision, when I showed up to sign the papers Amgad approached me and sat me down, knowing something was wrong. Again, withing minutes we were picking through the lot to find the right truck for me. Excellent service, this guy went to battle for me, got me the best deal he could swing, knowing my goal was to reduce my monthly payments he took my dirty work truck and now im the proud owner of a 14' 1500 Laramie - loaded. Cant say enough about this guy, also quite possibly the most interesting accent in the business. A+ buying experience....will continue to do my business with Raceway Chrysler. More
