This is my experience from xxxx, courtesy of Raceway Chrysler. 1) No accidents listed on Carproof report, but my mechanic found the front bumper was hit (probably in a parking lot). I had already paid the security deposit and was refused a discount because of the minor bumper damage. Sales rep wouldn't give me a copy of Carproof until signing. I was allowed to take a picture of the papers. 2) Front passenger floor mat was correct to the vehicle, but driver's floor mat was mismatched (most likely from a truck). Salesperson refused to include rear floor mats. 3) I was assured on two occasions that "everything works." Rear defroster and electro chromatic rearview mirror are not working. I got distracted because of a mix-up with the tires I requested to be installed. Sales rep also used distractions to steer me away from checking all features on vehicle. *Update: I fixed the rear defroster. Some idiot pulled out nearly every fuse in the fuse box, and many fuses were not fully pushed into the socket. The defroster fuse was just resting on top of its socket. 4) Incompetent detailing shop gouged the paint in the rear hatch when removing the previous owner's bumper stickers. The same garbage and dirt/grime (from the previous owner) that I noticed in my test drive was still present upon day of vehicle pickup. Only dash, seats and floor were cleaned. 5) The finance manager, Isko, snuck in extra charges, then removed them with no questions asked when I said I'm not paying for tire care fees, etc. $32 vehicle registration was included, then forced to pay again at time of pickup, claiming the registration fee was not included. This trick is to bring their registration fee up to $64 like other Chrysler dealerships charge. According to another review, finance likes to play with numbers, inflating the price and getting the customer to sign. I was also called at home with a sales pitch for extended warranties, etc, to extract more money from me, which I declined. 6) Salesperson, Taz, tried to sell me vehicle etching and an electronic anti-rust gimmick. The van already had the vehicle etching and when I challenged him on the the technical side of the anti-rust gimmick, the sales pitch was stopped immediately. My credit rating is in the 800 range, yet I was forced to take 6.99% financing with one of the big banks. When I asked if I could finance through Raceway Chrysler, I was told that it wasn't available anymore. Greed on top off greed. Dishonest from the minute I walked into the place. Find another dealership to work with, such as Downtown Chrysler. They work with Car Help Canada, so at least the customer has someone on their side. Update: First week of December, a salesperson called me asking for Tracy. They had no idea that another sales rep sold Tracy's used vehicle to me. After assuring me he would call me back regarding the rear defroster and auto dimming rear view mirror not working issues, I have never received a call back. I am angry and feel disrespected every time I drive the vehicle. I paid full price, and this is what I get. The parts department is the only area at Raceway that gets 5 stars. Sam in the parts department was excellent and helpful when ordering my winter tires and getting them in as promised. Thank you, Sam. *Update* OMVIC never helped me. They were trying to protect the dealership. They must be in bed together. I have a review of OMVIC as well. Taz and Isko, if I had my way, the two of you would be in jail. You clowns are greedy liars without remorse. Finally, I got a face full of dirty cigarette smoke at the entrance. More

Ali Javed is the amazing salesperson who helped me find the most exquisite 2020 Jeep Summit. Not only did he follow up with me after my initial contact, but he helped me get the best possible deal. Other salespeople at other Chrysler dealerships were difficult to negotiate pricing. After Ali and I agreed on the purchase price the two other dealership contacted me to see about further negotiations. They were too late and they still could not match the deal I received from Raceway, thanks to Ali's professional follow ups and sound flexibility. I worked for Chryslers for 43 years and have always driven Chrysler vehicles, of course. Honestly, I have great service from other dealerships, but none can come close to the stellar service I have received from Ali and the service departments. Also, the facilities are impeccably clean and modern. This is a 5 star dealership and Ali is a 5 star sales pro. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone, You will not be disappointed. More
