We purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from your dealership in August of this year. We thought it may need an oil change, etc., before the winter and brought it in to your Service Center yesterday (Dec. 3/13). August of this year. When we arrived we spoke with Jason Podger who took the time to explain that an oil change was not necessary at this time (guage still showed 80%) and that the various sensors on the car would alert us to what service was needed and when. He also pointed out the pages in the car manual that explained the codes, etc. Jason was certainly very knowledgeable and we really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He also took the time to check and top up the fluid levels. You can bet when service for our car is eventually needed we will certainly be back. Thanks Jason. More
