I am very sorry that you still feel that we dealt with your purchase experience in any way other than being completely honest and transparent. We spoke very shortly after you sent the email explaining what had happened and we immediately agreed that the theft should have been disclosed earlier in the process. To rectify the situation we offered a full refund. I continue to stand behind our salespeople in that they did not intentionally deceive you. Our salesperson disclosed the theft as soon as he was notified, which was unfortunately much later than it should have been. Fortunately, damage or theft to a vehicle in our inventory happens very rarely, but this situation has made us review our dealership processes to ensure that all material facts are noted regardless of when they occur. I believe that we have been in business so long, not because we don't make mistakes, but because we are upfront and honest about our mistakes and do all we can to correct them. Hello Allen. I apologize that we did not have a Cadillac available for you to drive as a courtesy vehicle. We had you scheduled with our courtesy shuttle service until your call the day prior to the appointment, but, unfortunately, we were not able to reserve a Cadillac on short notice. We were able to provide a new Chevrolet Cruze, but I understand that it was not to your satisfaction. If you would like to return for the repairs that were started we would be more than happy to book you another appointment and book a Cadillac at that time.
