Taha took the time to thoroughly explain the different options and, most importantly, listened to what I was actually looking for. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Instead, he helped me choose the vehicle and trim level that best suited my needs. With so much new technology in today’s vehicles, I also really appreciated the time Taha spent with me when I picked up my Envision. He patiently walked me through the features, helped me get everything set up, and made sure I was comfortable using the technology before I left. My sales person was amazing and we bought a car outright in full no finance no lease. However, dealing with the finance department was horrible and when picking up the car, I learned that I suddenly owed $2 in full no finance no lease. Also, the car was not cleaned appropriately and it was preowned. It had to be brought back days later to be appropriately cleaned after I had to make a fuss in order to do so when I tried contacting the finance department three times I never received a phone call back or any information the dealership other than the sales department has gone way down!
