This dealer charged me $690. 00 for a rotted ground strap and the part was $ $42.00. The rest of the bill was labor 3 hours.Three months later there is a recall and I get a reba 00 for a rotted ground strap and the part was $ $42.00. The rest of the bill was labor 3 hours.Three months later there is a recall and I get a rebate cheque back from GM for$540.99. 150.00 less because that's what this job should have cost. Overpriced dealership screwing the general public, never stepping foot on that lot again. More

What can I say… this wasn’t just buying a truck — this was an experience. From the moment I walked into Premier Cadillac, Ahmed set the tone right away — warm welcome, big smile, and zero of that typic was an experience. From there I was introduced around and met a number of the team — including Bozana, who was genuinely friendly and welcoming, I also can't forget to mention the Twins — and honestly, I found myself laughing and joking with everyone like we were old friends at a reunion. Raphy was my sales guy and handled everything like a pro — easygoing, knowledgeable, and most importantly no pressure, no hard sell nonsense. Just straight-up good conversation and a smooth informative deal. A real standout moment was reconnecting with Scott, the General Manager, who heard I was in the building and stepped out of a meeting just to come over, shake my hand, and welcome me personally. That kind of leadership presence says a lot about the place. Sam in finance made the paperwork and loan process completely seamless — efficient, clear, and easy.
