This dealership has gone above and beyond making sure I’m happy with my new truck. And Darla Mclennan has gone way above that I am not one to understand how technology works like most of my accessories in my truck, but she made sure I understood everything and I have had to go back many times because I just can’t grasp how to use the electronics in it and she has gone over things many times with me to the point where I understand all of it very well and she is much of the reason why I am enjoying my truck so much now she even helped me out with my cell phone and how to use it with my truck. Satisfied with the work. I arrived at 7:45am and advised I would wait in the waiting room even though it was a few hours expected work. Sadly at this dealership and others I arrived at 7:45am and advised I would wait in the waiting room even though it was a few hours expected work. Sadly at this dealership and others I have had more than a handful of experiences over the past couple of decades where because I was shuttled away the work never got done on the car. Unfortunately I’ve learned that I have to waste my time and lose income to stay present. About an hour after I arrived the service person advised of additional work and the nobody came to talk to me again for 7.5 hours while I sat waiting for the work to be done. I never learned the service person or tech’s name. In today’s world it is just sad that a person will work and save and spend nearly $5,000 of their money somewhere and there is no appreciation for it, no relationship, no courtesy, and just no concern in general. There is enough revenue that it just doesn’t matter. I would willingly pay more for service if I felt treated like a human. Gladly the work on the vehicle at least appeared to be a job well done. More
