It is my first time buying a Hyundai although our family car is a Kia which I understand is a sister company. Our experience from the test drive right through to delivery process was excellent, very efficient, very smooth. We dealt with both Bill Speeroff and Colin Lavery, both excellent sales staff, exceptionally friendly and personable. I'm very excited about driving my Elantra and have had many compliments on the look of the car. I would highly recommend the car the dealership and the staff. More

Very friendly but not so competent When my wife wanted a Genesis Coupe, we headed for the nearest Hyundai dealer - Gallery Hyundai. They included $150 floor mats in their quote, so we w When my wife wanted a Genesis Coupe, we headed for the nearest Hyundai dealer - Gallery Hyundai. They included $150 floor mats in their quote, so we went to Precision and got a more normal price. After one year we had transmission problems. All the service advisors were very friendly, but it took three visits over several months to solve the problem. First time we waited six weeks for a part to arrive from Korea and when it finally got here it did not match my car. Next they decided to replace the entire transmission - completely unnecessary as it turned out. It took two more visits and consulting with the service experts at the factory to determine that it was a computer issue. On my last visit for a routine oil change I dealt with a new advisor who tried hard to push unneeded services on me. Their price for synthetic oil varies between absurd and ridiculous. A good word for the shuttle driver Merv. More
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD - DO NOT GO HERE I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I seen a beetle online and was promised it was in great condition like new. Many promises were made so i drove from edmonton to calgary to go purchase the car. I get there and the vehicle which is black was scratched. SO i drove all the way down to be lied to by the sales person. I spoke with the manager of used sales and the manager of the dealership who wanted to do nothng for me. I was promised tinted windows, new windshield, no paint chips, it was in great condition, 3m added for extra cost for me and would be ready for pick up at 11 when we got there after i had gave them my visa with a deposit. we showed up at 1130 there was no tint, the whole car was peppered with rock chips, no 3m on the hood like i was promised and was paying extra for.i was shocked. we talked to the mansger who WAS GOING TO DO NOTHING BUT ADD THE 3M AND NOT GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE CAR CONSIDERING WHAT CONDITION IT WAS IN. WORST THHIG THE INSIDE WAS DIRTY!!!!! honestly worst day and experience ever. they wouldnt even work with us and didnt care we drove from edmonton all the way down. not only did i waste a day of vacation and 6 hours also i ended up wit no vehicle. i purchased a beetle in edmonton at The ford dealerhsip in sherwood park wich was the best service i coulda asked for. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AS THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER ANYWHERE THEY CAN. IM A 23 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THEY WOULDNT EVEN PAY FOR OUR GAS TO DRIVE DOWN AND BE SCREWED. I WOULD NEVER GO DOWN THERE AGAIN TO BUY ANYTING BECAUSE I WOULD FEEL THEY WOULD TRY AND HIDE ISSUES WITH A VEHICLE. DO NOT GO HERE THERE IS SO MANY DEALERSHIPS THAT WILL ACTUALLY APPRECIATE YOU UNLIKE THESE xxxx BAGS! More
Highest Recommendation I have been dealing with Precision Hyundai for over 10 years and have never had a problem with the product or service. They never try to push unnecessary repairs and are very courteous & friendly right down to the shuttle service. They are very proactive with recalls and back their product 100%. I would definately recommend the diamond fusion for the windshield as I would have had to replace it several times over the last 6 years on my last vehicle. I am extremely happy with my new Santa Fe Sport and look forward to several years of driving it. More

I was very surprised at the negative reviews. We bought a Santa Fe new in 2006. My wife and I have had an outstanding experience with Precision. We have dealt with Sean, a service manager there for several Santa Fe new in 2006. My wife and I have had an outstanding experience with Precision. We have dealt with Sean, a service manager there for several years and couldn't be more pleased. The warranties have been honoured when required and repair costs have been very fair and fully explained when requested. Also we have, without exception, had very friendly experiences with Reception staff at the Service desk. More
