Aften we chatted on my budget & car performance expectation, Omar got me showed me my options & have me tested drive three cars & recommended I should go for a 2009 V6 Santa Fe with only 71km mileage on it plus transfer of remaining warranty. I have been driving my Santa Fe which looks & drives as good as new for a month now. Got myself a set of used original rims loaded with the snow tires from my previous vehicle, put them on the Santa Fe, runs perfectly on the first the snow & icy road condition without any problem. Thanks Omar for helping me to make the right decision. When my wife is ready to replace her 11 years' old Civic, I will certainly knock at your Office door again. More

I have never bought a car from a dealership before because I was afraid of all the rumors about them being true. This was not the case here at Precision! From when I first walked in to when I drove away, I never thought I would be as happy as I was with my experience. Sales and Management in the used department were extremely professional and genuinely helpful and caring in my car purchase. Going in, I knew what I wanted and I had my eye on an Audi! I really liked one but was hesitant and a little nervous so I didn't get too excited. I thought I would have to deal with any issues or concerns on my own and that they would just want to push a car on me if I was too eager. Not so... They made sure that I got the right car that was right for me! Of course I was a little uneasy about it, but after speaking with their Manager Omar, I shared my thoughts and he assured me all would be taken care. I was skeptical and thought things were to good to be true but he said everything right and didn't give me any reason to worry. He was a man true to his word and I have never been more excited with my car. All of my worries were for nothing and they had it all taken care of, just as they said they would. No surprises or unpleasantries. It was literally one of those "just sit back, and we will take care of everything" moments that I will be forever great full for.
