It is Precision Hyundai's goal to satisfactorily complete service on a vehicle the first time, every time. Occasionally we are unable to achieve that goal and service is found to be incomplete or unsatisfactory. In those circumstances I would always invite clients to discuss their concerns with me personally in order that we may resolve these issues to their satisfaction. With regards to the 48K service, Precision Hyundai follows the manufactures service schedule for our climate. I agree that everything needs to be tested before the decision is made to replace items, in this case fluids. If fluids need to be replaced take comfort in knowing that Precision Hyundai is an environmentally friendly dealership who is actively involved in recycling programs.
