I did 60K and I asked to do a specific service I wrote to service guys. Ive been quoted $361 for that. When I showed up to pick it up, bill was at $800+! Also, they didnt do what I was asking to!!! They even didnt let you know that service they do perform costs more, even twice called me!!!! Also, after such service my fog light stopped working!!!, HID ballast was corroded....why it didnt fail in 5 years before...?! Never ever will go again to these imbeciles and definitely DO NOT recommend their service shop!!! More

Excellent customer service! I met with Billy Sakkalis today to test drive a pre-owned Infiniti. I loved the car and Billy spent considerable time negotiating a deal with me for I met with Billy Sakkalis today to test drive a pre-owned Infiniti. I loved the car and Billy spent considerable time negotiating a deal with me for a price that I was comfortable with. After all the negotiations and essentially a "done deal", I realised that I had mistakenly assumed the car had a key feature that I was looking for. I could not proceed with my deposit and was mortified at having missed the information about this feature in the listing. Rather than conveying annoyance for wasting his time, Billy was extremely gracious and sympathetic. He smiled and reassured me not to worry about it, shook my hand and said he'd keep an eye out for a car with the features I was looking for. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership! I highly recommend asking for Billy if you are ever in need of a pre-owned vehicle! More

She was on time, efficient. 10 out of 10 for sure. My experience in the Finance was not so good. Ed is nice but I had made an appointment to pick up car at 1:00 Oct 3rd, Paige greeted me right away and said Ed will be just a minute.. 35 minutes later , Ed finally came out and we went over all paper work. Because of this delay , I had an appointment at 2 back at my office so Paige was not able to walk me thru the new car and show me all the functions. I was not impressed at all with my wait time. I made the appointment for 1 thinking that 1 hour would be sufficient for all parties involved but had to wait 35 minutes for what ? should Ed not have had all this paper work ready ? Not Impressed at all with this part of the sale. I would not recommend Ed at all. In the first meeting my husband declined the extended warranty but when I showed up by myself Ed tried to get me to sign up for r this at a better deal than was offered prior. So overall. the sales girl 10 of 10, car being clean etc 10 out of 10 Ed in Finance 3 out of 10 More
