They are not pushy or cold like many other dealerships, they seem to be genuinely interested in helping you find the right car. Even our 9 year old said "I like Precision Hyundai, they are so nice". In our experience this is the best Dealership in Calgary! More

Our purchasing experience was great. However, we did not know Hyundai Canada (and Kia) were terrible when it comes to parts. We had to wait 3 months to get the snow tires. By then we had been in an accide know Hyundai Canada (and Kia) were terrible when it comes to parts. We had to wait 3 months to get the snow tires. By then we had been in an accident. The car sat at the autobody for 2 months because the parts were "delayed." Finally I contacted Precision. Matt was very helpful. They took the part off one of their own vehicles to expedite the repair. While I would not recommend Hyundai products, if you are interested in purchasing a Hyundai, I would recommend Precision. More
I recently took my daughters 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe into Precision Hyundai service department to have assess why the airbag warning light was on. We needed this problem resolved as she was selling her vehic Precision Hyundai service department to have assess why the airbag warning light was on. We needed this problem resolved as she was selling her vehicle. The dealership was very clean and the staff were friendly. I was advised that there would be a charge of one hour labor or $160.00 for the assessment to which I agreed. When the assessment was completed I was that the clock spring was defective. The service advisor advised me that they could "pop the old one back in" as the airbag would function properly and I would just pay the $160.00 for the assessment. She then advised that if I wish to have them replace the clock spring I would be charged an additional hour of labor (plus the cost of the clock spring). As I needed the work completed I agreed but I ask to speak with the service manager as there was no more work involved in putting in the new part then replacing the old. The Service Manager was very indignant stated that Precision Hyundai has a policy of charging the full amount permitted. While I understand this policy the one hour of labor had already been billed for the assessment. In my opinion this was a blatant case of double charging for labor. I am very dissatisfied. More

I have had discussions with Kirsten over email in May/June and then in September regarding 2020 Elantra, but things got nowhere because I was not particularly excited about the car. I noticed the 2 May/June and then in September regarding 2020 Elantra, but things got nowhere because I was not particularly excited about the car. I noticed the 2021 Elantra this week and I got a bit excited about the PREFERRED trim. I thought with 23750$ I can negotiate the price and I would end up paying 3-4K less than comparable corolla/civic trim level. 3k-4K price difference between Elantra and civic/corolla would have been fair since Hyundai does not hold its resale value well, not to mention online reviews where consumers complained about having 2020 Elantras engine/transmission fail within 100k kms. Moving on, Precision Hyundai had a big campaign about Black Friday sales; they claimed that they do cost +100$. I innocently got excited and called them up to figure out what will the discount be approximately for the 2021 Elantra. A sales manager, Ricardo, called me back and we had a discussion. Ricardo asked me: How much discount would it take for you to buy a car? 2000$?. I didn’t answer back, he asked me if 5000$ discount would work and I told him if that’s the discount I would definitely come and buy it. I consulted my family and we had a discussion about him using sleazy tactics to get me into the dealership as the 5k might not be feasible anyway. My family advised me to go and check it out any. I did a calculation based on what I have gathered so far 23751$ advertised - 5000$ discount +1400$ = 20151$ + gst. I thought to myself if this is the case then I should definitely get it. 1400$ is what Kirsten told me is the fees on top of MSRP in our previous discussions. I went to the dealership on Saturday November 28th. Kirsten made a huge deal about cost +100$ and hyped it and tried to get me excited. She came back with the numbers and I was shocked. There was only a discount of less than 600$ LOL. Price reduced from 23751$ to 23171$ LOL. She came up with biweekly payment of 188$ for 72 months. I asked her for a complete breakdown because it did not make sense to me at all. It turns she added 2600$ in fees/accessories/ protections without even asking if I wanted them or not. Not only that, she said that at least 1500$ are mandatory and cannot be removed! The car would have cost me 29328$ over 6 years. Trust me guys when I tell you that you are better off going with civic/corolla or even Mazda 3 than Elantra if you are getting this deal LOL. Anyways, I told her that Ricardo promised me 5000$ discount over the phone. I heard laughter in the background, then Ricardo came and at first denied ever saying that. Then he changed his statements and gave me the LAMEST excuse I have ever heard in my entire life. Ricardo said: I promised you 5000$ in savings not in discounts. LOL I was not sure whether to go with his denial or lame excuse/lies. Ricardo proceeded with more lies accusing me of coming to the dealership for the 5th time while I only met with him and Kirsten for the second time. Kirsten asked me what I wanted and I told her exactly how I made my calculations (mentioned above). She said it’s not doable and I left. Later on I emailed her and I told her that I am not interested in dealing with them anymore, I am better with a corolla/civic and I also told her that I did talk to another Hyundai dealership and that they do not have any hidden fees at all. It’s their online advertised price + 5% gst. She tried to tell me that she can offer the same things. I did not believe her given the experience I just had with them. I told her that I don’t trust Ricardo because he is a liar and I would never step my foot in that dealership again and I kindly asked her to remove all my details so no one would ever contact me again! I have also filed a complaint with AMVIC that the dealership does false advertising and does not have an ALL INCLUSIVE pricing on their website, and they easily add 2000$ on top of their advertised price. Honestly guys, the perceived “value for the money” that Hyundai advertises everywhere, I don’t see it all. It is more expensive to own and maintain a Hyundai than a Toyota or a Honda. Elantra does not even offer adaptive cruise control on their base trim while its standard on all trims in Toyota/Honda. As a matter of fact, Toyota/Honda’s safety package is standard on all trim levels. Guys, don’t look at the biweekly payment, it’s what they want you to focus on. Always calculate the full price of the car, ask for a complete breakdown, discuss each item in the breakdown and then decide if it’s worth it or not! Never ever believe the hype the make over special days such as Black Friday, Boxing Day etc. More
