Seriously the best dealership experience I have ever had. Worked with Kirsten Powell in sales and Paige Phillips in finance and I am thoroughly pleased with how the deal was handled. I can't stand dealerships that try to explain away fees. When I quoted "All-in Pricing" laws in Alberta, Kirsten was quick to remove all fees and we moved to negotiations for accessories. I felt I got a great deal on a new 2021 Palisade Calligraphy plus she threw in some extras for me as a thank-you (free oil changes). This dealership is one of the few I've dealt with that has offered a no xx experience. No patronizing staff members who give you the spiel about how they can't remove fees, how all dealers add fees, how they can't reduce the price of the vehicle since they want to provide you "the best experience possible" (whatever that means). Just straight to the point, presented me an offer and they were willing to negotiate. They also gave me a reasonable trade-in value for my civic. I've been to almost every Hyundai dealer in Calgary. South trail, crowfoot, Calgary Hyundai, Hyundai Gallery. All of them gave the same spiel about fees and refused to take it off the price of the vehicle. They all suck. Save your time and just come to Precision. Precision gave me advertised MSRP + GST( as required by law), and still had room to negotiate. Made me feel as if I was a valued customer and that they actually wanted to make the sale. All the other dealerships kept saying how Palisades are a "hot item" and that they sell themselves so to take it or leave. Well I'm glad I left their deals and came to Precision. I can not recommend them highly enough, especially Kirsten. Thanks guys! More

This is the best dealership for me. If I will buy my next vehicle it would be from precision Hyundai because they take good care of their customers. I was once had a problem with my steering and brought it to Hyundai gallery, and the service advisor Melissa mentioned about a diagnosis fee of $1++.00 knowing that my vehicle is under warranty she pushes me to have it checked with the guarantee that she will waive the diagnosis fee when they find out what’s wrong with the steering assembly. So after doing some road tests they confirmed that there was really a clunking noise under the steering column. Here comes the disappointing part now, Melissa the service advisor was telling me that she will pass the issue to Hyundai Canada and charging me $100plus for the diagnostic fee but after almost 2 years she never get back to me. So I decided to get help from precision Hyundai and they were so very generous to address my concerns. They diagnosed my vehicle and there was like a $60+ diagnostic fee but waived right away and ordered for the parts needed in my vehicle. Jackie set me up for a follow up appointment to have the parts installed. everything was done smoothly free of charge since my vehicle is under warranty. By the way this is not only the first time that precision Hyundai rendered help to me, it’s my 3rd great experience with them. Amazing Hyundai dealership, I will have all my maintenance services performed by them and get all the parts That I will be needing from them in the future.
