Precision Hyundai

I have purchased three Hyundai vehicles and used two different Hyundai dealerships in Calgary on each occasion, changing each time because of the poor service received from them. I hoped for it to be “third time lucky” trying Precision Hyundai and I have been blown away by the difference here at Precision. They are straightforward and do not muck you about. They offered a good price first time for my trade in - unlike another dealership, whom we enquired at for a specific color of vehicle, who offered us $5000 less for our trade in! And then constantly texted us within days saying that they had found more money for our trade in! We would not have touched this dealership anyway given that they also lied to my daughter when she purchased another new vehicle telling her she could not refund her unused warranty when she bought another new car with a new warranty (we now find out that she should have been refunded - theft in my book) we will be dealing with this at that location very soon and leaving them a “wonderful” review when we have our refund. Anyone, who is looking for a great car for a great price, with amazing customer service from a dealership that is Honest and Reliable, look no further than Precision Hyundai, you will not be disappointed. Unlike others they do not ignore you after you have signed on the dotted line and their great customer care continues on. More

Ali asked us what our interests were and showed us a number of vehicles to get a better understanding of what we wanted. we test drove a couple of vehicles to also get the feel of the car we wanted. Ali was very helpful and willing to show us other options..we spent over 3 hours to make our final decision Ahmed Mansour was very helpful and informative as well helping Ali with questions that were more complex when explaining the vehicle we finally chose understanding our financial requirement and matching our vehicle to the finances. when finalizing our finance and payment plan Billy Mansour was very helpful and explained the payment plan fully. and was able to setup the required financial institute with us. We came back to pickup our new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Preferred a couple of days later fully cleaned and licensed with our plate. Ali took the time to explain many of the new electronic features and other new options of our new Tucson. We had a wonderful experience at Precision Hyundai and would highly recommend them More

I have actually been in the automotive business for 42 years but Precision is the only dealer that had what I wanted. I was totally impressed with Billy my sales person and Paige the Business Manager . M years but Precision is the only dealer that had what I wanted.
