My service May 9 in itself was OK. But it was a return visit for me as my service booked for May 2 was not done because I was told '..they'd sent the wrong part..'. Also even though when I booked both I was asked if I'd need the shuttle and said, both times, I'd wait, and was told there'd be a note on the booking. When checking in both times I was asked if I'd need the shuttle. At the very least wouldn't it be better to be asked "...are you still going to wait...' ? Thanks. More

Precision was very accomodating with a last minute appointment and had the service completed ahead of promised time. They provided a taxi to get to my appointment and washed my car as a plus.
