They have always done exactly as I asked never felt pressured into doing a service that wasn't necessary always asked politely if I wanted the service done. All in all they have a good crew that manage mayhem daily and do it with a relative calmness and politeness. More

After 20 minutes of waiting impatiently nobody can tell where the vehicle is, attending service rep came with it, found car hoisted again up for service! Without the key and the vehicle, questions came to mind: is somebody using the vehicle? Was the vehicle serviced? Why is it up in the air again? Why was the call made that it is ready for pick up? All the Service Manager said in a non apologetic tone, " Did you find the car? YES, so there is nothing to worry about. It is with you now! " You missed the point, Ms. Service Manager! Very disappointing and frustrating experience after being loyal to the dealership for years. Service was contrary to what Dale Fox is saying: "it is all about you" More
