Very disappointed So disappointed This was my dream car purchase. I'd been waiting for. We are from out of town. I explained our needs and sold a evoque. I explained I drove a lot. In the past year I drove from Grande Prairie to Halifax, Vancouver. Terrace etc. When I went to Edmonton to pick up car. I expressed my concern with the size & asked about the sport. I was told it was to late as paper work was done. I was the upsold the roof rack and rails, half way home the weather stripping all came out around the windshield & less then a week later my engine light was on This car is not roomy. I cannot fit luggage for us all. My kids feet are on back seats. I called today upsets with 1000km explaining how upset I was with my purchase of $80 000 and told they could "swap"out this car for a discovery. They told me it was a $10 000 difference. I asked about the roof rack package I was sold. I was told that was also coming off the price. So honestly it was closer to $14000. My husband spoke with sales manager he said is wa a $5000 difference. Which we felt fair as it was part my fault for going through with the sale feeling so unsure and his for not listening and selling us the wrong vechile. The paperwork came back it was a $14000 difference. I've never felt so sad and disappointed with a purchase in all my life. My children will now kick the back of my seats for the next 3 years until I can get rid of this and big a vechile that's suited to our needs. What a waste of $ being. Albertan and just weathering the oil downturn this was our first big purchase in almost 2 yrs. so so so disappointed. More

Car is a xxx and the salesman lied to us First off we bought the vehicle from out of town. We wanted to make sure the car would be big enough with enough room in the back seat for our three k First off we bought the vehicle from out of town. We wanted to make sure the car would be big enough with enough room in the back seat for our three kids. The oldest 7 youngest 2. The sales man assured us that him being 6'5 can sit comfortably in the back seat. This was obviously a lie when our 5 year olds legs badly fit. Second thing when my wife went to pick it up she was concerned about how much room their was and asked if there was any other options that we could look at. The sales man said that their wasn't in that price range. She picked up the car and 300 km into her drive home the weather stripping off the front windshield had started coming off and flapping in the wind. In another 500 km the engine light had came on. Very dissapointed in this vehicle and the dealership and would deffenatly not go back or buy one of these again More

Excellent experience!!! So to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect going into a high end vehicle dealership to look at a used vehicle. From the moment we walked in, though So to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect going into a high end vehicle dealership to look at a used vehicle. From the moment we walked in, though we were shopping for a $40000 used vehicle, we felt as if we were shopping for a $150000+ new one. Everybody we dealt with was excellent, with a huge kudos to Nic, the salesman we dealt with. From the first time I contacted him through text, he responed very quickly, was very knowledgeable not only on the vehicle we were interested in, but the one we were planning to trade in, and was very accommodating around our busy schedule. We've been shopping for a while and when we dicided this was the right vechile for us, the uncomfortable back and forth on price wasn't an issue. We had a number in mind that we were prepared to spend and that's exactly what we paid. All the while didn't feel the least bit pressured to make a decision. When we went to pick up our new (to us) vehicle, I had my son with me and it was another very professional, efficient, and welcoming experience. My son loved it as he got to check out the new f-type Jaguar! Before we left Nic took the time to go through the vehicle features with us, which was very impressive considering it's not one of the major brands sold at the dealership. Overall I'm very impressed with the entire buying experience, very professional, no pressure, and ending up spending exactly what I had expected. More

Easy. I had 1 hour to look at a vehicle and expected to have to come back to work out a deal on my trade etc... but in less than that hour I had done the te I had 1 hour to look at a vehicle and expected to have to come back to work out a deal on my trade etc... but in less than that hour I had done the test drive and they had finished the appraisal on my trade in. They were fair on price for both vehicles and no haggling back an forth over and over again, which is just exhausting and leaves you wondering what you've left on the table. All my dealings were pleasant and easy, they really strive to make the customer happy but they do it without it appearing to be hard for them. (unlike some dealerships who make you feel like it is so hard to make this happen but ok we'll do it) Overall a great experience. I will and have already recommended them to others. Thanks! More
