Best buying experience in my 47 years of buying cars. I first was drawn to the dealership by an online advertisement for Jaguar cars. I had never even considered the brand until the day I saw the advert I first was drawn to the dealership by an online advertisement for Jaguar cars. I had never even considered the brand until the day I saw the advertising and the attractive pricing. Up to this time I was looking at BMW/Mercedes/Lexus/Acura/Infiniti. I had owned BMW and Mercedes vehicles prior to this. When I went to the dealership and spoke to a salesperson he was very low key, no pressure and knew his product. He showed me two vehicles I liked and provided written quotes for both at a price lower than the one advertised online. Once I had settled on the vehicle I wanted the actual purchase process was fast and the delivery was excellent. In less than an hour I completed all the documentation, the dealer registered the vehicle at MVB and I was given a detailed demonstration of how things worked. When my wife drove the car she was thrilled by how it handled. One week later I returned to buy another new car from this same dealer. 90% of the communication was over the internet including the valuation of the vehicle I was a trading in.
