Did not listen to my concern until the third conversation, did not charge me what was quoted then when I pointed it out they corrected it saying it was because they liked me and charged me for a conversation, did not charge me what was quoted then when I pointed it out they corrected it saying it was because they liked me and charged me for a drive line service that customer service said would take the noise way and finally told me the DSL service was regular maintenance . When they called to say the front L arm should be replaced urgently I asked if this would stop the noise since the noise was coming from the back they said it might sound like it is coming from the back but is likely the noise and if it didn’t stop then I could bring the car back. It wasn’t until the third call with the manager who said my car was ready that I pointed out I did not believe they were addressing the problem. This was finally when someone listened that someone listened. So overall it was not a great experience. More

This was my first service visit at this dealership as I transferred from another location. From my first telephone call to set up the service, to my actual service, I was amazed at how pleasant and helpfu transferred from another location. This dealership does not respond to emails, calls, or in person visits. Did an early lease termination, paid the penalties and they continued to charge me monthly.
