Dropped car off at 945am for scheduled diagnostic appointment. No update until I contacted someone at 130pm as no one had answered the phone between 1130-115pm to learn that my car had not been in t appointment. Was then told it would be done first thing the next morning as it would only take an hour for the programming. Picked my car up at 330pm the next day when I received the call. Work appears to be fine but communication was awful this time around unfortunately. More
I lease a pathfinder, it has been the worst vehicle I have ever owned. That is not the dealerships fault at all, however, when I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance, which cost $650, not only have ever owned. That is not the dealerships fault at all, however, when I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance, which cost $650, not only did inhale to walk to the back of the dealership to find it when it was done, it wasn't even wiped down or had a complimentary vacuum or wash. Sterling Honda and Bay King Motors both did thayt without even asking before I received my vehicle back. Nice and professional staff, but a little lacking on the customer service. I am fairly confident that it would take a little of convincing to ever own another Nissan. More

A few days after leaving the service center, my car gave me a warning to go to the service center. My tires pressure was very high.
