The staff and mechanics take the time to make sure you get what you need. They care about your bottom line too so you can expect not to be charged for unnecessary work or help you to plan out when the work should be done so you keep safe on the road and manage expenses. They also give back to the community. These are people with big hearts. This year, they sponsored our son's single A hockey team. We were truly touched by their enthusiasm. Last year, they even gave him a puck from the shop. It's the little things that really impress me about this place. Lastly, Nancy is the receptionist you will often get to hear first. She is lovely to deal with. Clear on the phone, great attitude and service. And if you ever have a concern, Rob Stein is awesome to speak with. More
