His warm and friendly attitude made it so much easier. He took his time to explain various auto options, fin options, provided knowledgeable advice & info. Also, upon delivery the detailed intro to my white A4 & going thru all features even though I was rushing through it, but he ensured I knew all features before driving off. The two xxups after the purch & within one wk also extremely impressive. Lori's pleasant with her warm smile, and fantastic service delivery and efficiency made the steps that much easier.
