I found him to be very knowledgable with all their vehicles, options and he made honest comparisons to competition when asked. Giacomo is down to earth, easy to talk to with no classic salesman pressure or cliches. He was easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. After review of the competitors listing the salesman stated that an option on their vehicle (TRD sport) allowed it to tow 6500 lbs rather than the 2000 and change that the competitors vehicle could. The option had no relation to towing capacity and both vehicles had the same power train. I worry had my sister or wife been purchasing a vehicle how that would have mislead them to pay a premium for a vehicle beyond blue book prices. Do not trust this dealer. More
