All staff members I have dealt with over these years have been very kind and respectful. I have never, never had a problem with making appointments, nor with any maintenance service requirements. Found all staff I have dealt with to be very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help, answer questions. They even enjoy sharing a story or two.
