Probably the worst experience I've ever had in dealing with a car dealership. I wouldn't buy a car from here if it was the last car in Ontario. They have zero concept of putting the customer first. Sta with a car dealership. I wouldn't buy a car from here if it was the last car in Ontario. They have zero concept of putting the customer first. Love Hyundai cars! I had a few issues when purchasing my new car in January. Was told by Sales Manager Anthony that the service I received was unacceptable and that he I had a few issues when purchasing my new car in January. Was told by Sales Manager Anthony that the service I received was unacceptable and that he would be calling me back to do something for me. I told him nothing needed to be done just thought he should know my issues. He insisted I was not treated fairly. Weeks later did not receive any word back and he would not longer take my calls. In reaching out to a different sales manager they told me that they would not be entraining my calls any further. Found a mechanic and called it a day. Received a recall notice on my vehicle. Scheduled an appointment to bring it to the dealership at least a month before the part was due to come in. Three weeks after the part was due to come in, I show up to my appointment to find out the part has not arrived and no one called me to rescheduled. I am not unhappy that the part was not there. I am unhappy with the fact that they knew that and didn't think to call people and tell them not to come in. This was my last straw for this dealership. Their customer service is in the toilet. I have taken my business to a different location where they know how to treat their customers. More
