When I phoned in on a used Chevy Cobalt I saw on Craigslist, I honestly wasn't very serious about the purchase, but Mike was excellent on the phone and convinced me to come down. He was a very good salesman and presented the information fairly. The GM Rob was also a very unique person, but unique in a good way. There was some confusion on price because the vehicle price wasn't marked correctly in the ad, but they were flexible and fixed the issue quickly. All in all though, it was one of the most positive experiences I have had while buying a car. More
