Service department at penticton honda is famous for pulling problems out of thin air, why? Because every lie, pads their pockets in a "bonus structure" developed by none other, than penticton honda. All these negative reviews are because of one service guy especially, even though you may bring your car in for warranty work, I guarantee the service department will find something to charge you for. They are pressured into at least charging every customer a small fee which goes towards their year end bonus check. I know buyers of new Hondas that refuse to get their cars seviced here! Should say enough. The reviews say they are working on improving, but this has gone on since day one. Disgusting. More

Lance Bishop went beyond the call of duty in his customer service to satisfy us. We had problems having our engine light issue resolved however in the end, they found more rodent damage which was quickly re service to satisfy us.
