Pembroke Honda

Very happy! I've had an excellent experience here at Pembroke Honda! The General Manager, Moe, goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy! He was very helpful, thoughtful and we are happy with our deal! Couldn't find a better dealership to deal with!

My Civic (still under comprehensive warranty) started making some grinding/squealing sounds so I took it in to Pembroke Honda. They claimed the brake pads were metal on metal. I declined to have them replaced (brakes are the easiest thing for shops to scam you on) and checked myself when I got home. Had to take pictures of the almost new pads and send them to the service manager to get them to admit they "miscommunicated" and get the cost of their inspection refunded. Still no diagnosis on the sound. I had another mechanic replace the brake pads to be sure that wasn't the cause (and it wasn't) but now Pembroke Honda is claiming it is the new brake pads that are causing the problem because they aren't Honda pads. Anything to avoid warrantied work (has to come out of the customer's pocket to "pay the technicians for the work that they do" - So said the service manager). Do NOT recommend this shop, or any Honda product, especially warranties.

I have purchased three Honda vehicles from this dealership since 2008 and it has always been a positive buying experience. I always checked vehicle pricing in nearby Ottawa and this dealer always matched or beat any deals i would get by travelling elsewhere. After dealing with some dealerships in the area this one is by far the best.

Buying the vehicle was seamless. Traded my vehicle in and got a decent value for it. My entire family has a vehicle from this dealership. Would recommend.

every time my Honda Civic needed any maintenance they went above and beyond to make your vehicle look brand new again ! Always had great customer service!!! I would definatley purchase another vehicle from here !
