The ONLY reason we stayed was because of the awesome customer service skills of our salesperson Willow. Willow saw that we were the type of people who don't respond well to high pressure sales tactics and developed a professional yet easygoing rapport with us from the get-go. She was informative and helpful, patient and accommodating. If I could recommend any salesperson to buy a vehicle from, it would be her. Chris in the finance department was also very helpful and easygoing. We did not feel rushed as he explained the process and answered all of our questions. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Karen was very pleasant to speak with. She made the final paper signing process quick and easy but still understandable. I was impressed with the people I was in direct contact with. They made the buying of our vehicle a pleasant experience. I would have given the overall rating of the dealership 5/5 except for the incident I mentioned before. As it is, I would give the whole experience an average rating with heavy emphasis on the positive sales experience from Willow. More

Good and fast service (even this time of year :) The sale went a little too fast for me, but i guess that just means the seller was able to convince me that that was the car I wanted and needed. And when I realised that something had not been explained proprely to me (after I had already signed) and they realised I was disapointed about it, they did everything they could so we could reach another agreement.
