Fantastic experience with Niko from Parkway Honda My wife and I just recently purchased a used Volkswagen GTI from Parkway Honda. We have been in the car market for quiet some time until we came acro My wife and I just recently purchased a used Volkswagen GTI from Parkway Honda. We have been in the car market for quiet some time until we came across this car which meet all our requirements. Upon contacting the dealership I was put in touch with a Sales Representative names Niko. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable on the car even given the fact that it was an off brand to what the dealership carries new. Niko was quick to find out the answers to any questions We had during the process of looking at the vehicle. Over two days of intense negotiation with the dealership, we came to a mutually satisfactory agreement and all the while communications with Niko were fast and accurate. I had a concern with a small bit of peeling paint on the bumper of the vehicle. Niko went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the deal and he went out on his own to purchase a touchup pen and clearcoat from Volkswagen. I was incredibly impressed by this and it’s exactly that type of attention to detail that closed the sale. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase and the support and service through Niko, Parkway Honda’s sales associate was top notch. Thanks! More

CANNOT HELP YOU I have been servicing my Pilot at Parkway Honda. Noticed a light bulb at the front had burned out so I went to their part building and bought a replac I have been servicing my Pilot at Parkway Honda. Noticed a light bulb at the front had burned out so I went to their part building and bought a replacement bulb and went to the service department to see if someone could put the lightbulb in. It was 1:30 pm on a weekday. “No “- was the response. “Make an appointment next week”.Perfect. Went home and watched a video online of how to do it. Need a special little fork tool to remove a bolt. Three minute job if you have the tool. So frustrating. Called Roadsport Honda. They said “Sure , come in anytime. We can help you out”. Tired of the sass . Driving is a necessity for many of us. Customer service should be a necessity in your business. More
