Unfortunately, they kept me waiting for more than 2 hours in a day that I suffered from really bad headache. I let them know about my situation, but they just apologized and made me wait more. As you wait here, yoy can easily see and feel how 'time wasters' they are in general! More

He was a thorough professional and never pushed us into any kind of additional sale. We discussed and finalized the price very quickly and it was exactly the number I had in mind. Even during the delivery process, he had all the documentation ready - so we didn't have to wait for any of those formalities. He recommended the right products without trying to sell anything. Ridiculous charge for tire switch I was in your dealership yesterday April 6th for an oil change and tire switch over on rims. The tire pressure light was left on from my last tire swi I was in your dealership yesterday April 6th for an oil change and tire switch over on rims. The tire pressure light was left on from my last tire switch and I asked the service rep to have them remove it and explained to him that this was the 4th time this tire pressure light was left on after a tire switch and had to have it reset each time. They normally reset this tire pressure light each time I brought it to their attention. To my surprise this time they charged me $49.99 to reset this light. I argued with the sales manager to let him know that this happened several times before after driving away from a tire switch over and was never charged to have them reset it. He told me it was part of the tire switch over and didn't understand why I wasn't charged before. He actually confirmed to me that some cars require it and that my tire switch over which normally cost me $43.00 (including tax) should really be $43.00 + $49.99 + tax totalling up to over a hundred dollars for a tire switch over which is totally insane. I had him repeated more than once thinking I had misunderstood and he kept confirming the same thing. My car is 6 years old and I have been going to your dealership every 6 months for oil changes and tire switches and was never told such a ridiculous thing. Being charged an extra $50 for a light reset on a tire switch makess no sense whatsoever. It's part of the tire switch over. I had them remove the charge after arguing with the sales manager but have to say this experience has me re-evaluate going back to your dealership again for any services.
